Passed away on Friday, March 18, 2011 at the age of 63. He is survived by his mother, Doris Collins; brother, Edward S. (Betty) Collins; sisters, Sharon (Andrew) Tipton, Janet (Vern) Goodrich and Patty Krammer, as well as by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Collins. Roy was a lifelong resident of Jackson where he worked in local factories. He loved his family, had many friends and enjoyed a good game of pool. Cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled. The family extends special acknowledgement to Phyllis and the staff of Allegiance Hospice and thanks the staff for the compassionate care he received at the Hospice Home. Contributions in Roy's honor may be made to the Allegiance Hospice Home.
