Of Jackson, Michigan passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at the age of 55. Sandra was born in Jackson, Michigan on April 25, 1971, to parents Gerald and Ila Owen. She married her husband of 39 years, Richard J. Tripp, Jr., on June 10, 1988. Sandra was a homemaker who loved playing Pokemon Go with her kids. She adored grandkids and enjoyed playing with her puppies Bruno, Tank, Sarge, and Princess. Sandra also enjoyed shopping. Sandra is survived by her partner Richard J. Tripp, Jr.; children Katie (James) Fleenor, Amanda (Luke) Jackson, and Travis (Tiffany) Tripp; grandchildren Cameron and Cole Fleenor, Summer, Casandra, and Daniel Jackson, and Raelynn, Colton, and Kane Tripp; and siblings John, Sherrie, Janet, Brian, Cindy, and Carol. She is preceded in death by her parents, sons Douglas and Gerald Tripp, siblings Jack Owen and Susan Owen, and sister-in-law Sherri Owen. Per her wishes, cremation has been chosen, and no services are planned at this time.
