August 26, 1977 – June 15, 2026
With heavy hearts and profound love, we announce the passing of Stella Pauline Overton, who gained her wings on June 15, 2026, at the age of 48.
Stella was a woman whose strength could move mountains and whose radiant smile could brighten even the darkest day. Through every obstacle life placed before her, she met each challenge with unwavering courage, determination, and grace. She was a true example of resilience, never allowing hardships to define her spirit.
Stella’s heart was big enough to embrace every life she touched, including her two beloved dogs, Blaze and Peanut. They were far more than pets—they were her loyal companions, her comfort on difficult days, and a constant source of unconditional love and joy. Whether sharing quiet moments at home or greeting her with wagging tails and excited hearts, Blaze and Peanut brought endless happiness to Stella’s life. The love she gave them was returned a thousandfold, and their bond was a beautiful reflection of the kindness, compassion, and nurturing spirit she carried throughout her life.
Above all else, Stella cherished her family. A beloved mother, the best sister, a loyal and treasured friend, and a devoted Grammy whose love knew no limits. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she found endless joy in creating precious memories with them. She loved deeply, laughed often, and gave selflessly to everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Those who knew Stella will forever remember her warm heart, infectious laughter, and the kindness she shared so freely. She had a remarkable way of making others feel seen, loved, and valued.
Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in believing that Stella has found her wings and now soars among the angels above. Like a dragonfly—symbolizing transformation, hope, and the enduring presence of loved ones—her spirit will continue to remind us that love never truly leaves us.
Stella’s legacy lives on in the countless lives she touched, the family she adored, and the memories that will forever remain in our hearts.
She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
