Age 28, passed away on Monday January 18, 2016 after a short battle with cancer. Tiffany is the daughter of Patricia Trusty and Chip Hartley. She is survived by her husband, Anthony Weeks; three children: Laci, Joe, Skylar; grandmothers, Cida Trusty and Charlotte Caine; brother, Ryan Trusty (Tarah Booth); parents-in-law Mike and Kathy Weeks; sister-in-law, Katie Weeks (Marcel Hutchins); brother-in-law, Charlie Weeks; stepfather, Erik Partanen; nieces: Brooke Trusty, Aviona and Carielle Hutchins; nephew, Xander Trusty; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her grandfathers: Tony Trusty, Butch Hartley, and Norman Caine. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Friday, January 22, 2016 at 2:00 P.M., cremation to follow. Visitation, Thursday 6-8 P.M. and Friday 1:00 P.M. until service time. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to cover the expenses.
