Sending my deepest sympathy to the family and loved ones of Tim Sexton.  Tim and I crossed paths as he was evaluating various light fixtures that my company manufactures.  I am so very sorry to learn of his passing.  I knew Tim to be fair and honest and a genuinely nice person.  I know that his presence is missed by  many.  God Bless.  

Tim will be sadly missed. he was a caring man and a loving family man but a big kid in a mans body.. he was always teasing someone and was so funny. will miss that BIG smile and the twinkle in his eye when he came to church. My deepest condolences to the entire Sexton family.  Don & Mary Lou, I can't begin to understand the loss in your heart on losing a son.  Joe, I also know Tim and you were very close growing up so I know this is a huge void for you. Tim and I had a number of good times growing up and all the way through high school.  What a wonderful person with a heart of gold and personality which kept you constantly laughing. Sandy my prayers also go out to you during this difficult time.  Although he is gone form this earth, his spirit and humor has touched all of us in ways he will never know.

My thoughts and prayers go out to your family, I was fortunate enough to work with Tim when I started at Consumers Energy 13 years ago in Lansing.  I am shocked to hear this news and devastated for your family, Tim was a great person to work with.

So many funny memories of mine start with the phase "and then Tim did....".  From ill-conceived practical jokes to vendor lunches, he is in them  all. Tim cared deeply about his family and his faith and was so well liked and respected by the people at work.  He will be missed.

Sandy, we love you and your family. We will miss Tim tremendously and our hearts grieve with you. I will miss hearing Tim pray. His prayers were always the most honest, humble, and beautiful conversations with Our Lord that I have ever heard.  I will also miss his teasing and joking around with the kids.

I loved the way Tim always called Jill "Squirrelly Bob."  Every time she came home from your house, she talked about how funny Mr. Sexton was.  And of course, the whole "Harry Hiney" incident still makes me laugh.

Tim was a great friend.  We always compared our arm scars and he was a great prom date.  My deepest sympathies to his entire family.   Kelly Schwartz

We are so sorry for your family's loss.  We have so many memories of Tim.  Among the memories, we remember our young married Sunday school class. One of my greatest memories of Tim was in 5th grade at Ackerson lake and Mrs. Kessler was writing something on the board and said "Shoot" out loud and Tim said "Bang Bang your dead!" and the whole class erupted in laughter.  Tim's sense of humor and his laughter is how I remember him.  As your family begins this journey into the unknown of learning how to live without his presence on this earth, may you always remember his smile and his laughter.  His strong sense of love and family will keep his spirit close to you, I'm sure he will give you signs that he is with you.  Sending lots of love and prayers to the Sexton family.

I would like to extend my condolences to the Sexton family. Tim was my "cubicle neighbor" at work. I always enjoyed sharing conversations with him when it came to talking about our families. He loved both his church and family very much. He always knew how to make people laugh and put a smile on their faces. He will be missed by many very much. I'm so sorry Sandy. I have wonderful memories of you and Tim at Sunday dinner with my Mom and Dad. I woke this morning singing the  "Beauty and the Beast' theme, remembering Tim's request that it be played at your wedding. I know that you know that Tim has simply passed into God's presence. I also know that these days and days to come will be difficult. Please know that Donna and I are praying for these difficult days and for you and your precious family.
