Of Jackson, passed away May 5, 2011 age 78. Survived by his wife of 55 years, Sue; six children, Sherrie, Kathy, Tim, David, Eddie and John; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one sister, Pat Bridgewater. Vern serviced in the Army during Korea and worked for Anesthesia Business Consultants for over 16 years. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. with the Reverend Michael Mason officiating. Cremation to follow service. Visitation Tuesday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday 2 p.m. until service time.
