Alice Z. Dudley , 69, of Neptune Beach, FL, passed away May 26, 2016. She was born in Cairo, Egypt on April 5, 1947. Alice graduated from Cairo American College with a Bachelor’s degree. She married Capt. Tom Dudley, Medical Services Corp, US Navy (Ret.) on July 24, 1982. Alice worked in office management for Allen Freight, BHR Engineering and Arcadis Engineering. She was a member of 1st Christian Church of the Beaches, Neptune Beach and had a passion for travel and the beach.
Survivors include her husband, Capt. Tom Dudley; son, Arek Djigounian; and grandson, Matthew Djigounian. Funeral services for Alice will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 30th in the 1st Christian Church of the Beaches, 2125 Seagate Ave., Neptune Beach, FL. Burial will follow in Jacksonville National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society.
