Annie Hazel Chastain, 83, passed away on April 5, 2012. She was born September 26, 1928 in Jefferson, Georgia and was a resident of the Beaches community for over 60 years. She is survived by her son, Thelmon Bernard Chastain (wife, Georgeanne); daughter, Renee Chastain-Fink (husband, David R. Fink); grandchildren, William Chastain Fink and Clay Chastain (wife, Michelle); and four great-grandchildren, Austin, Devlin, Kala and Bryce Chastain. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday (TODAY) at HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday April 7th, at H. Warren Smith Cemetery, Jacksonville Beach.
