Betty Stucki

Betty Rae Stucki, a long time resident of Atlantic Beach, Fl, passed away surrounded by her loving family on July 30, 2012. The daughter of the late Ruth Vetter and Robert Hatcher of Chattanooga, TN, she was born in Miami, Fl on July 16, 1935. Betty graduated from Duncan U. Fletcher High School in Neptune Beach, Fl, and was retired from the Duval County School Board after many years of dedicated service. Betty loved spending time with her family, listening to music and dancing. She is survived by the love of her life, her husband of 58 years Jack B. Stucki Sr. and her three children Jack Stucki Jr., Jarrett Stucki and Stacey Stucki Shea along with her two daughters in law Cindy Stucki and Laurie Stucki. Betty has four granddaughters Lauren Stucki, Savannah Stucki, Cassidy Stucki and Rae Stucki. Betty also has four sisters in law Marilyn Stucki, Linda Faust, Karen Herndon, Cheryl Smith and one brother in law Roger Smith. She also has numerous nieces and nephews. The memorial service will be a private small family gathering. In lieu of flowers you can make a donation to the Alzheimers Association at alz.org
