Billie L. Brown, age 86, of Atlantic Beach, Florida passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2025. She was born in Roff, Oklahoma on June 6, 1939. Billie was a longtime resident of the Beach and graduated from Fletcher High School. She was married to her husband, Paul Brown for more than 40 years. Billie and Paul were avid shell collectors who enjoyed showing off their shells at the old Flag Pavillion as members of the Jacksonville Shell Club. Many memorable trips were had collecting in Steinhatchee as well.
Billie Brown was preceded in death by her husband Paul and daughter, Susan Aley. She is survived by her children, Bill, Larry and Mark Aley; grandchildren, Brandon, Elizabeth, Billy, Ryan, and Tana; great-grandchildren Luke and #5; brother, Bob Bullock (Christy) and many special friends.
The life of Billie L. Brown will be held at the Paul Brown Firearms Range at a later date.
