Clyde Taylor Hux II (C.T.) passed away peacefully in Jacksonville, Florida on December 14th, 2021. He was 77 years old. C.T. was born in Sullivan, Indiana on September 18th, 1944 to the late Clyde T and Elizabeth Hux (Reed). C.T. graduated from Sullivan High School and Indiana University at Bloomington where he was a proud member of the Singing Hoosiers, an IU cheerleader, and a brother of his fraternity ATU. He is survived by his wife Faith, ex-wife Jacque Taylor, his beloved daughters Beth McQuitty (Greg) of Dallas, TX, Tiana Dews (Jimmy) of New Orleans, LA, April Jones (Lance) of Jacksonville, FL, Meredith Atkins (James) of Jacksonville, FL, his brother Capt. Edgar D. Hux, USN (ret) and his ten grandchildren: Emily Spencer, Jacob Spencer, Lauren Spencer, Olivia Jones, Katherine Atkins, Julianna Atkins, Caroline Atkins, Hannah Atkins, Seraphina Atkins, and Evangeline Atkins.
A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday January 6, 2022, 1pm at the Jacksonville National Cemetery Lane # 2. 4083 Lannie Road Jacksonville FL,32218.
