Craig Richard Barnett, 72, passed away peacefully in his sleep August 21, 2012 in Jacksonville. Craig was born February 6, 1940 in Queens, New York. He retired as a Chief Financial Officer from Swisher International and then worked as a business manager for the Jacksonville Suns. Craig was an avid NY Yankees and NY Jets fan. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, Dad and Pop Pop.
He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Karen Barnett; his children Dawn Buska (Gary) and Lance Barnett (Violet); his grandsons Mitch Buska, Brandon Barnett and Cameron Barnett; two brothers and many other relatives and friends.
A celebration of Craig’s life will be held 3pm, Friday August 24 at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 1701 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville Beach, FL.
