Dillon, Debroah "Sue" passed away October 11th 2012. Sue and her fiance' Mike John recently moved to Minnesota but her previous residence for six years was Brandon, Fla and previous to that was twenty plus years in Jacksonville, Fla. Sue preceded in death along with her father, Edward L. Keel and her two sisters; Tammy Connors and Jennifer Rowley. Sue survived most of her life by her parents, Frances and James Rainwaters. She had three daughters; Candy Rainwaters, Deborah Martin, and Amanda Herndon. Her Older sister Joan Peacock and brothers; Kenneth Keel and Kenneth Rainwaters are still living. She has fourteen grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews, as well as the neighborhood kids, who loved her as if she was their grandmother. She left behind Billy Dillon (ex husband) and many friends but never forgot them. There will be a one hour visitation at 2pm followed by a funeral service at 3pm Monday October 15th, 2012 at Hardage-Gliddens Funeral Home 1701 Beach Blvd Jacksonville Beach.
