Dorothy had a long and varied career, mostly in management. She started her career during WW II as a supervisor in the Y 12 site of Oakridge, TN assisting in the war effort. Her most recent job was as a manager of the Alhambra Dinner Theater under Mr Simons ownership.
She was preceeded in death by her husband, John Kirby and her sister Virginia and her 4 brothers, George (jr); Bob, Jack and Bill.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Wiltshire (husband Al) of Ponte Vedra Beach, Sons Charles Wm (Nancy) of Illinois & Richard A. (Debbie)
of Lakeland. She also leaves 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
The family also wishes to acknowledge her good friends and care givers Elizabeth Elrod and Debbie Goode.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her name to Hospice of N E Florida.
