Debbie, Frank, Jr., Ian and Faren,

Jean and I are so sorry for the untimely passing of our cousin Frank. Our children and grandchildren, along my sisters and brothers, are heart broken. The entire Marchant family has very fond memories of Frank as we grew up together in Newport, RI and Cambridge, MA. Whether it was a holiday when our families visited, a wedding celebration or a summer vacation, our family enjoyed being with Frank and we all loved him dearly. We always loved his company and spirit and he was the favorite nephew of my father, Uncle Wally. Jean and I enjoyed our trips together in Georgia and Florida as is depicted in the attached photo in St. Augustine. We love Frank and his memory and spirit with be with us forever. May he rest in the peace and love of of our Lord Jesus Christ for ever.

I worked with frank for about four years, he is one of my favorite people. I asked him one day, how did you you meet your wife. He told me he was going a rough time but he had a favorite hang out spot, Miss Deb was there so he kept going back, finally he said to her, if you have a man or a boyfriend go ahead and dump them now because I'm going to marry you! My responds was, I can totally see that, he looked at me and no that wasn't like me at all and laughed. I love this story because he knew she was the one for him and took charge, and had many happy years. Frank you will be missed but never forgotten!
