Frank was the son of Frank and Shirley Nopper, the brother of Lynn and Ann, and the proud father of John Christian and Erin Nicole Jones.
Frank worked as a heavy machinery mechanic, and with no formal training, was a man who could be counted on to fix almost anything. He loved to restore classic muscle cars, was an avid NASCAR fan, specifically his Lil’ E #88, drank warm Yuengling and was known for putting hot sauce on everything he ate. “I Love Erin and J.C.” A celebration of Frank’s life will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.
