George L. Theophelis, 75, passed away September 25, 2012. He was born and raised in Detroit, MI and retired to Jacksonville 15 years ago. A graduate of Pratt University, he was an avid golfer and talented artist. Survivors include his loving wife, Aileen; son, Lee Theophelis (Jody); daughter, Stacy Hubley (Tom); brother, James Theophelis; and grandchildren, Nicholas Hubley, Mikayla Hubley, Alexandra Theophelis, and Phoebe Theophelis. A celebration of his life will be held 2 pm Saturday, Sept. 29th in the Chapel of Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, FL.
