He was born in Jacksonville, Florida on 10/25/1950 and graduated from Andrew Jackson High School. After graduation, he served in the United States Army.
After serving he went on to work with Jacksonville Electric Authority
for many years until he retired in 2011.
James was preceded in death by his wife who he loved, Claudia Cloer of 35 years. His parents Wayne and Catherine Cloer and his little sidekick Noel(his fur baby)
He is survived by his twin daughters, Courtney Cloer and Catherine Ellins.
He is also survived by several grandchildren,
and many people he loved.
James loved all of his family and enjoyed taking care of them before his illness.
To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
His Daughter Courtney wishes to thank Avante at Jacksonville Beach nursing facility for caring and showing such compassion to her father James over the last 5 1/2 years.
Graveside service will be on Friday, December 9, 2022 at 1:30PM at Jacksonville National Cemetery
