James B. Dickson, 82, passed away December 15, 2012. He served in the USMC for 9 years and retired from the City of Jacksonville, Parks and Recreation, after 25 years of employment. He leaves behind a loving family who will honor him with graveside services and military honors, 11:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 21, 2012 at Jacksonville National Cemetery.
