Jeanette Elaine Fennelly

Jeanette Elaine (Christman) Fennelly, 81, of Jacksonville, Florida formerly of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Wednesday, September 4, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 14, 1943, in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, to William and Gladys Christman.

She is survived by her spouse, Robert D. Fennelly; her son, Michael D. Fennelly, husband of Brian Greig of Fort Mill, South Carolina and daughter, Michele D. Grube, wife of Timothy of Orwigsburg, PA. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Nathan Fennelly, Ava Schwartz, Cole Schwartz, Gavin Grube, Megan Grube and Ryan Grube; her sister, Billie Ann Hetherton, wife of Richard; her brother, Jeffrey W. Christman, husband of Cindy; as well as many extended family members and close friends.

Jean spent a majority of her life caring for her family and friends. Her beautiful smile, laugh, grace, elegance and caring personality touched everyone around her. She was an amazing mother to her two children as well as a loving grandmother to her grandchildren. She was an avid lover of all types of music and would be the last one to leave the dance floor. She was a long-time employee of AT&T where she worked alongside her husband, Robert D. Fennelly, until she retired. She always had an abundance of love to give and will be deeply missed by all.

A celebration of life for Jean will be held privately for close family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations could be sent to her grandchildren for their future education in her memory.
