Kathleen Frances Ritter

Kathleen (Kathy) F. Ritter (Cribari) of Jacksonville, Florida entered eternal rest at the age of 72 on January 10, 2026, at the McGraw Community Hospice Center, Jacksonville, FL. She is survived by her devoted and loving husband of 45 years, Jerome (Jerry) Ritter, sons Michael Ritter (wife Mavity) and Douglas Ritter (wife Marlene), a sister Connie Cribari and five beautiful grandchildren who were the lights of her life, Andrew, Anna, Jackson, Hunter and Crew. She was predeceased by her beloved parents Gabriel and Geraldine Cribari.

Kathy graduated from Millersville Teachers College and started her career teaching elementary school in Harrisburg, PA. After marrying and relocating to Florida, she eventually changed career paths and was employed by Watson Realty for 35 years as a real estate agent.

Kathy loved the Florida Keys and was property manager for a rental property she and her husband own there. She liked spending time with family, traveling, reading, hosting holiday dinners and attending concerts (especially Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga). She also cheered on the home team, Jacksonville Jaguars.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter's Mission Church located at 960 Girvin Rd., Jacksonville, FL on Friday, Feb. 6, 2026, at 11:00 am. She will be laid to rest at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, adjacent to the church.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to McGraw Community Hospice Center, Jacksonville, the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
