

Kelly was born on September 14, 1959 in Gainesville, Florida to Richard and Barbara Wilcox.
Kelly is a graduate of Fletcher High School and an avid Gator fan. She was the President and CEO of Carpet Image Services.
Kelly was a 17-year survivor of breast cancer and in 2016 diagnosed with cancer again. She remained a brave and strong-willed woman in her will to overcome her illness. Kelly dedicated her life to loving and caring for her precious family.
Kelly is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Lance P. Cote; her beloved son, Lance P. Cote, Jr.; and her precious and loving daughter, Layne Cote.
She also leaves behind her sisters, Sally and Page and their families; brothers and sisters-in-laws; nephews and nieces; and friend that she thought of as a sister, Tammy and the McIvor Family. She leaves behind many “bonus kids” who she loved infectiously and many beloved friends and co-workers.
A Memorial Service honoring her life will be held Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Chet’s Creek Church, 4420 Hodges Blvd, Jacksonville, FL at 10 am with Rev. Spike Hogan officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kelly’s name to Chet’s Creek Church or the American Cancer Society. The wishes to extend our sincere gratitude to Dr. Dhanji at Baptist Medical Center for his loving and genuine care.
