Kenneth J Wheeler

Kenneth J. Wheeler, 50, passed away December 21, 2013 with his family at his side. Kenny was born June 20, 1963 in Annapolis, MD and raised in Jacksonville Beach, FL. He attended Fletcher High School. Kenny worked as a landscaper and painter. He enjoyed the beach and riding bicycles. Kenny will always be remembered for his great sense of humor and his love of family gatherings.

Kenneth is survived by his father, Richard Wheeler of Atlantic Beach, FL; his two brothers Alan Stanford (Andrea) of Jacksonville, FL and Keith Wheeler (Vicki) of Jacksonville Beach, FL; 3 sisters Leslie Poyer (Joe) of Jacksonville, FL, Rene Barbaree of Jacksonville, FL and Deborah Barker of Clarksburg, WV; as well as several nieces and nephews. Kenny was predeceased by his mother, Violet A. Wheeler.

The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Thursday, December 26 at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 1701 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville Beach, FL. The family would like to give a special thanks to the Community Hospice McGraw Center for their exceptional care and consideration of Kenny.
