I have not had the pleasure of meeting Kent, but I heard great things about Kent from his daughter Angel as well as people in the community.  It is a true testaments of Kent's character when many people have great things to say about Kent and love for his family and community.  My thoughts and prayers goes out to Kent, his wife JoungHee, his kids Christina, Angel and Toby in this difficult time.

It was an honor to know you all these years. You are a man with a big heart who has helped me many times. I enjoyed talking to you and spending time with you. You will be greatly missed. My deepest condolences to the whole family.

   You will never really know how much I will miss you! As a Friend, a Mentor, and a World Traveler.

Thirty-five years ago, we had new neighbors that in a very short time became friend/family that exists still today.  My first meeting with Kent was one of bonding because of our Swedish connection, but it didn't take long before I saw him for the wonderful person that he was.  Kent, as well as Heea and little toddler Angie (and later, Toby) became such an intricate part of our lives and over the years, we spent many happy and memorable times together.  I will never spend another Thanksgiving dinner, or other special times without remembering how much fun and presence Kent always brought to the event.  Although the last couple of years were so difficult, health-wise, for Kent, I know that he is pain free and at peace now.  While it is so sad to say goodbye for now, we know that some day we will see him again for the biggest and happiest get together of all!  Rest in peace, my dear, dear friend.  We love you!

Kent, I was honored to know you, and call you my Friend for 35 years. You and Heea and the kids are our Family, really, and we love you all. I have a lifetimes worth of great memories to cherish of fun and happy times. You are now in the Arms of God and are in a perfect body and at peace. My deepest condolences to the family. You will be missed so much.
