Elois graduated from Lubbock High School in Lubbock, Texas. She married William R. "Bill" Parvin on September 25th, 1965.
Eloise worked in customer service for Sears, J C Penney and Old Stone Mortgage. She was a member of Neptune Baptist Church and Christian Motorcyclists Association; and had a passion for Life, riding motorcycles, camping and Jesus.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, William R. "Bill" Parvin; daughters, Shanna and Kara. Five grandchildren: Briana, Rebecca, Christina, Kaitlyn and Alana. Four great-grandchildren: Analise, Lilyana, Elisa and Edmond.
Beaches Chapel by Hardage-Giddens will host visitation for friends and family on August 31st, 2026 beginning at 9:00am; Funeral services will follow at 10:00am in the Chapel with Rev. Travis Laney officiating.
A reception will follow the services and ALL will reconvene at 1:30pm at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, for
a committal service. LANE # 3.
