Marcia Noe

Marcia Lynn Williams Noe, 59, died on December 1, 2011, at Beaches Baptist Hospital after a brief illness. Marcia was born on May 27, 1952 in St. Louis MO. Her family moved to Neptune Beach in 1968 when she was 16 years old. Marcia graduated from Fletcher High School in 1970.

Marcia was predeceased by her husband of 40 years, William G. Noe, Jr., who died 4 days ago on November 28, 2011. She was also predeceased by her father Wilbur J. Williams who died in 1964. Marcia is survived by her children Billy and Katie and her grandsons Jace and Bentley. She is also survived by her mother Dolores Paige and her sister Sherry Ebers both of Osage Beach MO, and her sister Janice Beck of Bloomsdale, Mo. Marcia has two nieces Kim Peterson and Nicole Meyer and two nephews Ryan Evans and Bill Zeigler.

Marcia and Bill loved living at the beach. They were active in a number of organizations during their 40 years of marriage and she also worked for several real estate firms.. She loved sewing and enjoyed many types of crafts. Marcia was a great cook, learning to make wonderful dishes from her grandmother, and no family get-together was complete without her famous mullet dip. It was always the hit of the party. Most of all Marcia and Bill loved their family and friends and their dogs. Their life wasn't complete without their four-legged "babies."

A funeral mass and celebration of Marcia and Bill's life will be held at St. Paul's Catholic Church, 435 1st Ave. N., Jacksonville Beach, on Monday, December 5th, at 11:00 A.M. Following the service there will be a reception at the Family Life Center at the church At their request, they will be cremated, followed by burial at sea.
