GREEN- Marilyn Green, 76, passed away October 23, 2010. Originally from Aurora, IL, she was a resident of Jacksonville Beach for the past 25 years. She retired from Nabisco and later worked with people with cerebral palsy, teaching them arts and crafts.
She was predeceased by two brothers, two sisters, and her husband, James Green, Sr.
Survivors include her children, James Green, Tim Green, Robin Tackette, Ray Green, and Randie Green (Trish); a brother, Lawrence Aldridge; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 28, 2010, at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach. Interment will follow in Chapel Hills Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday (today) at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
