Martin (Marty) Joseph Long (60) unexpectedly this day, June 2nd, 2014 of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Born in Kansas City, Missouri, Marty was an avid golfer who loved fishing, watching old movies and visiting with his many friends. He moved to Florida in 1973 and was a professional painter. Marty is survived by his mother, Loretto; his sister Janice and her husband Kirk, their two sons, Benjamin and Paul, Paul's wife Aimee and their two children Zachary and Meghan; brother James and his wife Dorothy and their two children Jordan and Sydney; and, brother Jeffery and his wife Lisa and their two children Samantha and Mackenzie. Marty is proceeded in death by his brother Robert and his father Lester. Many thanks to the care, support and comfort from the wonderfull staff at McGraw Center for Caring Community Hospice.
