I remember going to Burger King on Roosevelt Blvd with Narda while we were students at FJC.  We also liked Taco Bell. She had a sense of humor that was hilarious!  It is comforting to know that she is at peace and free from physical infirmities.   XXXOOO

Dear Francie and Kristy and your families, I know how heartbroken you all are but take comfort in all the wonderful memories that you had with your mom.  She was so proud of her family and loved you all so much.  Narda and I had a lot of good times together over these many years and she will be missed by so many.  Love to you all.  

I was so sorry to hear of your passing.  We had such good times working at Public Works at Mayport.  After we transferred out, I always enjoyed coming to Jacksonville for training and getting to have dinner with you.  Praying for your family and hoping to see you again on the heavenly shores.  

This is for something I considered my sister.  This is something that I’d never have to write. My heart is broken yet my heart is filled with so much love.  When I was at my lowest points in my life, Narda was there with her hand reaching out.  I will always carry you with the highest esteem and for someone who loved her family.  I will see you again…. I just know it.

Sept. 2018.  My brother Johnny took this photo at Chuy's Mexican restaurant.  Narda and I became friends when we were in the Experimental College program at FJC back in 1968.  What a sense of humor she had!   After college we became "grownups" and between jobs, raising families, and relocations, we didn't get to see each other often.  We visited via phone, email, and, later, Facebook.   She was so proud of her grandchildren and loved to talk about their accomplishments.  She also loved her dogs and shared funny photos of them as well.  She was my friend for over 55 years and I have many good memories of our friendship.  May her memory be a blessing to those who knew and loved her.

This is my favorite picture of Narda and her beloved Vinny! She was one of the most brilliant, kind, hilarious, and unique friends I have ever known.  We were neighbors for 20 years, and oh the stories we could tell!! I pray for the comfort and strength of your family, and that the emptiness you feel will soon be replaced with wonderful memories.  Her super power was seeing humor in almost everything and I will never forget the sound of her laughing. ❤️
