Othneil Joseph Fisher, age 85, passed away on July 29, 2017 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born in Georgetown, Guyana to Othneil and Lena Fisher. Mr. Fisher has been a resident of the Jacksonville area since 2002. He is a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.
Prior to retirement he was a Sales Manager for the Airline industry.
He is survived by his wife of Barbara Fisher, four sons, Donald, Rohan, Neil, and Jared Sebastian, two daughters, Debra and Katia.
A celebration of Othneil’s life will be held at a later date.
