Patricia Anne Taylor, born on April 9, 1944, passed away on September 21, 2025, at the age of 81. She was born in Coral Gables, Florida and graduated from Englewood High School. Patricia received a BSW from Wheaton College, IL.
She married Franklin Delano Taylor, Sr. on August 12, 1966. Patricia had a career in Social Work for the Division of Family Services, State of Florida and then became a homemaker. She had a passion for art and crafts, gardening and genealogy.
Survivors include her husband, Franklin D. Taylor, Sr.; sons, Franklin Delano Taylor, Jr. (wife, Phyllis Bowman), Kenneth Paul Taylor and Jeremiah Hudson Taylor; granddaughter, Grace Elizabeth Rose Taylor; step-grandchildren, Greg & Gaige Bowman; and two brothers, one who is a scientist and the other a medical doctor.
A funeral service will be held at Beaches Chapel by Hardage-Giddens, located at 1701 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, FL, 32250, on September 27, 2025, starting at 1:00 pm.
Interment will follow at Chapel Hills Memory Gardens on the same day, beginning at 3:00 pm.
