Raul V. Balangue, 61, passed away February 6, 2015. A native of the Philippines, he has been a resident of Jacksonville since 1989. He was an avid musician who enjoyed playing the electric guitar and times spent betting on horses and other games of chance. Raul excelled in his role as Comptroller at Harris, Guidi, Rosner, Dunlap & Rudolph P.A..
He was preceded in death by his son, Nick in 1993 and is survived by his wife of 31 years, Elizabeth; sons, Mike & Harrison; brothers, Efren & Willie; and numerous nieces, nephews and countless friends.
A service to celebrate Raul’s life will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 21st at HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, FL. For those who prefer, memorial contributions may be made to Wolfson Children’s Hospital at www.wolfsonchildrens.org.
