Robert W. Fornoff, 86, passed away November 1, 2012. A native of Illinois, he served in the Army Air Force in Italy during WWII. Moving to Florida in 1953, he was a resident of Jacksonville Beach for more than 50 years. He retired from State Farm in 1988 and was a longstanding member of American Legion Post 129. Survivors include various nieces and nephews and friends. A visitation will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6th, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, FL. Interment will follow in H. Warren Smith Cemetery.
