Ronald Guy Beaty, 65, passed away August 29, 2026, in Jacksonville, FL. Born at the Naval Hospital in Newport, Rhode Island he moved with his family to Atlantic Beach where his father was stationed in the Navy. Ron graduated from Fletcher High School and upon graduation, joined the USMC. After his time in the Corps, he returned to civilian life and eventually went to work in the print and ink industry. Ronald had a love for the ocean and fishing and spent his last times enjoying them both.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David & Anna Marie Beaty; wife, Mary Lynn Beaty; and stepson Bubba Cowart. He is survived by his siblings, Veronica Miller, David Beaty, Jr., Marvin Beaty, Randy Beaty, Wayne Beaty, Sam Beaty, and Marie Beaty; stepdaughter, Reva Cowart; And numerous nieces and nephews.
