

Rose Anne (Cammer) Jenkins, age 63, of Jacksonville, Florida peacefully gained her wings on Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Rose was born February 25, 1957 at the Tachikawa Air Force Base in Tokyo, Japan to Kenneth C. and Agnes G. Cammer.
Rose grew up in Madison, Wisconsin and moved with her family to Florida in 1997. She attended Madison East High School, Madison Area Technical College, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from The University of Phoenix. She earned her Certified General Appraiser's license and started her own firm, Jenkins Appraisal Group, practicing in both Florida and Wisconsin.
She was an active member of the Navy Wives Club of America, the Wisconsin Women of Color Network, the Brain Tumor Network, and the St. Paul's Church Choir for many years. She also belonged to the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and worked with various charities.
Her interests included being with family, going for walks on the beach, traveling, golfing, and singing. She devoted much of her time and energy to helping others and a being a loving Nana.
Rose is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Raymond; 6 children: Megan Jenkins, Jacquelyn (Troy) Frank, Samantha (Timothy) Kershner, William (Rachael) Jenkins, Brittany (Brandon) Bryson, and Kelsey Jenkins; 13 grandchildren; mother, Agnes G. Cammer; brothers, Kenneth Cammer Jr., Lester Cammer, and George Cammer; niece, Leslie Rose Cammer; as well as, loved ones from all over the United States, Australia, and the Philippines. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth C. Cammer.
A private Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 PM (EDT) on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at the HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, only 50 in-person guests may attend.
