Harhi, Ruth (Ruthie) Gale, 88, passed away peacefully of natural causes on March 14, 2014 at Northeast Florida Hospice McGraw Center in Jacksonville Beach, FL. She was born in Atlantic City, NJ. Ruth was a devoted wife and loving mother, homemaker and volunteer for Seniors on a Mission. She dedicated her time as a prayer partner on several mission trips around the world and was well loved by all who knew her.
She is survived by her daughter Darlene (Alvin) Farmer, daughter Maggie (Bob) Wilson, son Matthew Harhi and son Frank (Janice) Harhi, JR. Her grandchildren Sean Farmer and Casey Farmer and great-grandchildren Kendall Farmer and Nathan Barker.
Her celebration of life will be held Tuesday, March 18, 2014 11am at Beaches Chapel 610 Florida Blvd, Neptune Beach, FL 32266 with procession and reception to follow. Arrangements are under the care of Hardage Giddens Funeral Homes (904) 249-2374 1701 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.
