
She was born in Jacksonville, FL where she lived most of her life, on 03/18/1953. She graduated from Fletcher High School in and received her Physician’s Assistant degree from University of Florida. She went on to earn her Master’s degree from University of Nebraska. She was divorced but maintained a close relationship with the Tullis family as she had a big heart that was loved
by everyone.
She was a member of FAAPA and USTA. She was an avid tennis player, bridge player and loved her puzzles almost as much as she loved her family. Her passion for tennis was unmatched.
She is survived by her only child, Tiffany Reid (John) and her grandchildren, whom she adored: Rachel, Leah, Jean, Alison and JP. She also leaves behind her brother Mitchell Kinsey (Robin) and her nieces and nephews: Mitchell (Erika), Celeste (Richie), Michelle, and Matt (Desiree).
She was proceeded in death by her mother, Dorris Jean Kinsey and father, Philip Eugene Kinsey, whom she is rejoining in heaven.
There will be a service at St. Paul's by the Sea Episcopal church in Jacksonville Beach on Monday, December 16, 2024 at 4pm.
