Suzanne “Kaye” Dymer was born on 6th November 1944 in England and slipped into eternal peace at home in Jacksonville on Friday 26th March 2021. She had battled poor health for a number of years. Unfortunately despite her fighting spirit she was not able to defeat the metastasized cancer that would put her in the hands of God after only twelve days. Kaye had many dear friends who loved her humor and direct approach to life and its issues. None could have summed up her character better than her hairdressers of many years when they said, “God has been fighting for a long time to get His Angel back but Kaye, the little spitfire that she was, wasn’t having it. Now she is ready to rest in the light”
Kaye is survived by her husband, Donald “Don” , her two daughters Clare (Paul Giordano) and Anna (Peter Sprouse) who were with her in her final days. Her daughters gave her three grandchildren of whom she was so proud (and spoiled rotten) Catherine Giordano, Matthew Giordano, and William Sprouse.
We will remember Kaye at a Celebration of her Beautiful Life on Saturday May 15th 2021 at 2pm EST at the Hardage Giddens Funeral Home at 1701 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville Beach, Fl 32224. This will be a time when her friends, dressed in relaxing casual wear, will gather to share happy memories of times gone by. For her friends unable to attend physically, the whole celebration will be streamed live.
In keeping with Kaye’s ever helping hand held out to others, in lieu of flowers , donations to Community Hospice will aid others in such emotional times.
