I was certainly saddened to learn of the death of my cousin Sybil. I know each of her family will miss her greatly in Florida also her family and friends in Georgia. Many miles separate us in life but we always remember the closeness of family and when we were all young. My family has always felt close kinship with the family of Uncle Joe and Aunt Cora and I shall remember Sybil as I last saw her.

We have known few people with the bright spirit of "Shugs". We were always taken with her warmth and positive attitude ever since we met her and the rest of Dan's family during our days at the University of Florida. When we were with Sybil we felt like we were "family". Brenda appreciated her delightful sense of humor and spirit in her visits to the Mayo Clinic. The day was brighter because she had been there. Shugs was funny, witty and generous and we are fortunate to have known her. Brian and Brenda Polding
