Back in the Philippines when we were young and there's word that Uncle Ted and family were coming for a visit, there would be a big buzz and rush of activities around our home. My Mom's youngest brother is coming! A feast will be prepared and our english will be tested!

That was just the first few memories we have of our Uncle Ted. Now that we are all grownup and have our own families, many more were created. But there is one common denominator in all of them - his SMILE! It was radiant and encompassing.

Uncle Ted, you have loved and lived a full life. You have touched the people around you. You have gone through a lot and succeeded in many. As you return home to our Father, you will be missed. Those you leave behind will take comfort in those memories with a smile. We love you!

Dr Barnes and I were friends. He was an excellent caring physician with a pleasant affect and personality. Fair in his treatment of those he worked with, devoted to his family and a man I will never forget. We worked together in many cases And he touched the lives of many for the better. Many will mirror my remembrances. Those who do good change the paths of those they touch for the better through generations. My condolences and prayers are with his family I will see him again someday in a better place🙏
