Thomas L. Theis passed away April 20, 2014. Tom was born in Chicago IL on July 24, 1934 to Frances Foley and Joseph E. Theis Sr. Tom moved with his family to Neptune Beach in 1947 and graduated with the Fletcher Class of 1952. An avid Gator fan, he graduated with a business degree from the University of Florida. Tom owned Theis Duplicating Products Inc. with his brother Joe. Once retired, he enjoyed playing even more golf and loved his years living at Jacksonville Golf and Country Club playing golf with so many fine friends.

Tom is survived by Eileen, his wife of 45 years, his daughter Amy (Matt) Hunt and one very special grandchild Sarah Hunt all of Jacksonville FL. Tom was proceeded in death by his parents and his brother Joe. He is survived by his sister Pat Reiche of Fresno CA and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a mass of Christian burial on April 24 at 11AM in St. Paul's Catholic Church, 224 N. 2nd St. Jacksonville Beach, 32250 with Father William Kelly as celebrant and Monsignor Mortimer Danaher as co-concelebrant. A reception will immediately follow. The family wants to thank all the wonderful caregivers at Harbor Chase and Community Hospice for their services. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may send a donation to Community Hospice, 4266 Sunbeam Rd. Jacksonville FL 32257
