Virginia G. Barineau

Virginia Gail Cribb Barineau passed away on June 27, 2015 in Jacksonville Beach, Florida after a brief illness. Born in Marion, SC. to Robert Earl Cribb Sr. of Aynor, SC. and Dorothy Louise McCracken of Galivants Ferry, SC. on June 5th, 1947. She spent her childhood working their family tobacco farm alongside her 3 eldest brothers, and her adult life as a devoted wife of 33 years, raising 3 children and enjoying 9 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Ronald Melvin Cribb, a son Robert Brian Barineau, a daughter Tonya Renee Jones and a grandson Cameron Isaac Jones. She is survived by her loving husband Ocellar W. “Barney”, youngest daughter Kimberly Bliss (Michael), step-son Jeffrey Barineau (Cathi) and step-daughter Rhonda Taylor of Tallahassee, Fl, brothers Robert Earl Cribb Jr, Stonie Boyd Cribb (Peggy) and William Driggers (Amanda) or Charleston, SC, Sister-in-laws Ruth Glardon (Walt) of Jacksonville Fl, Doris Clark and Lea Phelps of Tallahassee, grandchildren Joshua and Alexander Jones, Gabriel and Ava Bartkoski, Colt Bliss, Hannah Davis, Justin Barineau ,Heather Taylor and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins in Charleston, SC.
