Wade B. Womack, 77, of Riverside Drive in Greenup KY, departed this life to live in his heavenly home on January 18, 2013. He was visiting his daughter in Neptune Beach FL when he unexpectedly passed away. He was born on December 31, 1935 in Greenup KY to Wade and Cynthia Diller Smith Womack. He served in the US Army and graduated from Morehead State University. Wade was a retired Principal with the Greenup County Board of Education.
He is survived by his wife Mary Lou Tackett Womack, son Michael (Anna), daughters Lynne (David) and Susan (Rebecca), granddaughter Kyla, twin brother Ward Maynard Womack and brother Jack Smith. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers Bill, Phillip, Paul “Cokie” and Eddie Smith.
He was a great husband, father, grandfather and man who will be missed tremendously. There will be no formal funeral service.
