She was born in Manila Philippines on February 5th 1950. Prior to retirement in 2021, Winnie worked and had a long career in retail working for Belk Inc at the Avenues Mall in Jacksonville FL. Winnie had a passion for gardening, tending to her roses, reading, watching movies, shopping, and proudly getting her 12000 steps every day as part of her daily walking routine in Jacksonville Beach. Her biggest passion however was her family that she loved dearly.
Winnie is survived by Brian Richhart (son), Zan Richhart (daughter-in-law), Steve (grandson-in-law), Kalie Miner (granddaughter) and Ellie Mae Miner (granddaughter-in-law), Venus (sister) and Tom (brother-in-law) Molina, Neverado Malgapo (brother), Mia Molina (niece), Val Marinay (niece), Timothy Malgapo (nephew), Gerald Molina (nephew), and many of her other very loved relatives in the Philippines. Winnie is preceded in death by Aladdin Malgapo (brother) and Brianna "Bree" Richhart (granddaughter).
A visitation for Winnie will be held Thursday, July 3, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Beaches Chapel by Hardage-Giddens, 1701 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.
