This news breaks my heart for your family.
Having known your family for over 10 years, I feel a part of your loss more than you know.
Ad'Mire was one tough kid having gone through all his medical issues. He fought through them along with his family. 
That bigger than life grin with those amazing dimples will be in my mind forever as I remember what a special young man he was.

Dear Ad’Mire,
You came into this world with a bad heart. But you had a Mama Bear, Crystal, to fight for you and pray for you every step of the way. You blessed everyone with your big beautiful eyes and big beautiful smile. The system couldn’t fix your broken heart but God had a better plan: a perfect brand new body. You’re in heaven with Jesus and all who have gone before you. No more pain. No more suffering. We will miss seeing you but we know we will see you again. Mire was a hyproplastic left heart syndrome kid he had 3 open heart surgeries, tongue tie, a hernia removal, he also had cirrhosis of the liver, kidney failure, his left lung always came in and came out mire was a strong and smart boy who lived till 15 one thing mire wanted to say to everyone 
check on my mom and family make sure they are taken care of specially his mom  
until we meet again
