Amy Hendrix Bullard, 37, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2011 surrounded by family. Amy was a fun loving and out-going person who loved to cook and was committed to her friends and family. Left to mourn; Parents; Wallace and Carol Hendrix; loving husband Russell Bullard; two beautiful daughters Shelby and Sarah; step-children Brandon and Tessa; Brothers; Alan, Jayme, and Jason Hendrix; Sister-in-laws; April, Michelle, and Tracy Hendrix and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Monday, November 7, 2011 9:00 am at the Paxon Revival Center, 5461 Commonwealth Ave., Jacksonville, Florida 32254. Funeral service to be held at 10:00 AM at the Paxon Revival Center. Interment will be at Riverside Memorial Park, located at 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205
