I knew Andrew for just a few years. He was my grandson for much too short of a time. I loved him as my own. He could always make you laugh but other times he was so serious. When I would go to visit my daughter and son-in-law every time I would start to help Debbie do something he would yell at me to come set down because he would say you came here on vacation not to work.If I would tell him I can't just set around and not work. Every time his answer to me would be"oh my God" oh my God" oh my God". It was so hard to see him be so sick at times. I will miss him so much.We all know he's not hurting anymore and that is some comfort Miss and loved him alot. Prayers to his family.

Just heard this unfortunate news last night. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family. He was a good guy and we had a lot of good memories together as kids. Glad he is in a better place now and pain free.

I am so saddened by this news.  Have fond memories of Andrew in my second grade class. He was so kind.  One day on the playground I noticed Andrews hands were a very noticeable blue. Being the high strung teacher that I was, I began to drill him with questions a little nervous that he may not be feeling well. " Did you eat blueberries for breakfast, a poptart, play with play doh, a magic marker????  No ma'am none of those things . He answered as he slid his hands into his pant pockets.     Blue pant pockets that is.  My thoughts and prayers are with you Lisa.  Thank you for sharing your wonderful son with me that year.

Praying for you this morning, our hearts continue to mourn with you and your families.  Jennifer know that you are loved beyond words, for its a rare thing to have had "a short time of wonderful than a lifetime of nothing spectacular".  We speak God's comfort and love over you and Andrew's family.  And for the days to come we speak healing and peace into your lives.
