Angelita was a devout, heartfelt Catholic who regularly attended mass and loved singing in the choir. Her altar, religious jewelry, and artwork were always proudly on display for all to see.
Her passions included cooking and baking for her family. When she wasn’t in the kitchen, she enjoyed watching her favorite cooking shows and collecting cookbooks. Angelita and Antonio loved spending time playing BINGO together and were quite successful winning big a few times over the years.
Angelita loved nature and surrounded herself with flowering plants. Her flower garden was always in bloom and would continue to grow from her frequent trips to the local nursery. She also found enjoyment in feeding and watching the cardinals and other songbirds in her backyard.
Angelita is preceded in death by her son Martin Balolong (d. 2011) and husband Antonio Balolong (d. 2021). She is survived by her loving family; daughter Ellie and her husband Chris Beury; her son Marn and his wife Marilyn along with their 3 children, Maya, Marc, and Mateo.
