Arphene Crawford Parrish

She was born on September 10, 1930 in Lake Butler, Florida, to the late Andrew J. Crawford and Trudie M. Thomas. She attended school in Lake Butler until the 10th grade.

She was married 49 years to her sweetheart, William C. (Bill) Parrish now deceased (2/19/96). Enjoying cook-outs with friends and family when we lived in Orlando and later in Jacksonville, Florida. They taught Sunday school for 3-4 year olds for 8 years.

She had a large family of (6) sisters, (1) brother and (2) step brothers.

Arphene loved crocheting, cooking (chicken and dumplings were her family's favorite), clothes shopping, planting and working in her flower garden until she was in her early nineties. Most of all spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is cherished by daughters, Donna (Roger) Deckard, Trudie Parrish

Grandchildren: Adam Parrish, Jeffery (Rachel) Foran both of Green Cove Springs

And Matthew Parrish, Jacksonville Florida

Great-grandchildren: Emily Anna Parrish, Walker James Foran and little angel Sammy Foran (deceased 2024).

Visitation will be held at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205, US, on May 15, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will take place at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205, US, on May 15, 2026, at 2:00 pm.

A Committal Service will follow at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205, US, on May 15, 2026, immediately following the funeral service.
