Arthur Carlton Powers, age 66, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2014. He was born to the late Arthur Floyd Powers and Jaunelle Carter Powers on February 2, 1948 in Jacksonville, Fl. He is survived by his mother Jaunelle Grace, sister Cheryl Starkey, brother in law Bob Starkey, and aunt and uncle Sue and Richard Kerrigan. Carlton leaves behind many long time loving and loyal friends and coworkers. A private graveside service will be held.
